We have a 7 day return policy for most items. We hope that you will love your fur, but if you change your mind after receiving it you may return it within 7 days of receipt (see exceptions below). This means that a return must be initiated and the package must be put in the mail for return within 7 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as a $30 re-stocking fee.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, so take care when trying on your garment. Makeup, perfume, etc. can easily transfer to the fur and fabric, so be careful when trying it on as either of these would deem the garment un-returnable.
Once your return has been received and inspected you will be refunded via the same method that you used to pay.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED:
- Furs that were custom made or had any custom alterations/additions such as monogramming or shortening.
- Any item that has had the tag removed, or is in any way not exactly as it was when you received it.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY:
- Made-To-Measure garments
